Perfect stop before the flight!

After missing our flight, we needed a quick place to crash. The staff were super friendly and even helped with an early airport pick-up. The room was small but clean and had lots of sunlight, which was a nice surprise. The curry in the restaurant was delish! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger.

Unfortunately, I encountered a few frustrations that can't be overlooked. The outdated decor seemed to echo a building site, hinting at ongoing updates that felt overpriced for the experience. The shower pressure was subpar, making it difficult to have a comfortable hot shower, while the cleanliness of bedding was questionable with visible hair on the sheets. these aspects made for a rather uncomfortable stay.

Request a room upgrade if available. the better rooms often provide a much more comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay, especially enjoying the clean, comfy rooms and the cozy sitting area where we relaxed. The hotel also boasts a lovely garden and TV lounge, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. If I'm being picky, the breakfast selection could be a little more varied, but overall, it was great value for families! 😊

This place was just a great match for a momentary visit in Horley with best value. The coffee was instant from a jar, which actually made me miss my usual brew.

The Superior Double En-suite Room was spacious, making our one-night stay comfortable. The overall appearance could be better, but the staff's welcoming attitude was a highlight. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Horley for meals.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The bed in my Superior Double En-suite Room was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also enjoyed the restaurant's madras, which was delightful. Just a heads up, be cautious about privacy. staff entered my room unexpectedly.

this hotel is a good budget option and super close to gatwick, which was a lifesaver for my early flight. the room was clean, and the shower was really good. I had tons of hot water. staff were super friendly. I loved the free wifi too. i could do my virtual meeting with no problems. basic continental breakfast but it was good enough to start the day.

the beds could be a bit more comfy, and it felt a little noisy at times with people coming and going.

The cleanliness should be prioritized!!! The check-in process felt excessively long, and the cleanliness of the rooms didn't meet expectations. Not sure who maintains the shower pressure, but it could really use improvement!!!
